Kristen Morissette, Paralegal

Paralegal, marketer, process improvement specialist, Kristen wears numerous hats at Malloy / Bell, and she wears them well. Kristen provides daily paralegal support while managing the Firm’s client outreach efforts, ensuring all special projects are executed well and completed on time. Organized and tech-savvy, Kristen is a natural systems person; she has taken to developing and refining Malloy / Bell’s internal systems to create more streamlined and efficient workflows.

Client development also motivates Kristen. She enjoys helping business owners through the many stages of their entrepreneurship journey, and is grateful to be a part of their successes. She also loves to be able to provide some piece of mind when it comes to important life decisions such as those involved in estate planning.

Before joining The Malloy Firm and then transitioning to Malloy / Bell, Kristen worked as a social media assistant at Trinity College and interned at the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, where she and her team received the Guest Service Award. An accomplished and dedicated swimmer, she has also lifeguarded at local pools and ponds. When not fixing workflows, overseeing legal projects, or connecting with clients, you’ll find Kristen playing with her cat, Meeko, helping her parents renovate their house, discovering new documentaries, dabbling in photography, and scoping out the best restaurants in Maine and Boston.

Kristen grew up in Leeds, Maine, and graduated from Leavitt Area High School, where she played soccer, ran track, and was literally the entire swim team. She is a cum laude graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT, where she majored in American and Classical Studies. She studied at Syracuse University Florence in Florence, Italy, was awarded Faculty Honors, and was named to the NESCAC All-Academic Swim Team. Kristen was inducted into the National Honorary Society for Classical Studies and the Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society and co-captained the women’s swim team.
