Jennie L. Malloy, Business Manager

Jennie brings an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep well of business, branding, and operational expertise to her role as Business Manager at The Malloy Firm. As the firm’s strategic and financial lead, Jennie ensures that the business side of the practice runs with efficiency, clarity, and vision—helping guide its growth as a modern, tech-forward legal practice serving clients across Maine and beyond.

Before joining The Malloy Firm, Jennie co-founded and co-owned Warp + Weft, a woman-owned, full-service branding and marketing agency based in Auburn, Maine. Over the course of 13 years, she helped build the agency into a respected regional firm with a particular focus on helping healthcare and professional services organizations build authentic and impactful brands. Her work empowered organizations across New England to clarify their messages, uncover their true stories, and connect meaningfully with their audiences.

In 2025, Jennie made the leap from agency leadership to join forces with her husband and Malloy Firm founder, attorney Michael Malloy, to grow their family business. As Business Manager, Jennie functions as the firm’s behind-the-scenes CFO—overseeing operations, managing financials and HR, and helping set the strategic course for the firm’s continued expansion.

Jennie is a magna cum laude graduate of Middlebury College, where she studied French and Theater and was awarded the Dillon Dunwalke Fellowship for study in Paris. She also completed graduate coursework in Boston University’s MBA program before choosing to move to Maine to pursue business ownership and community-based work.

Passionate about arts, culture, and community, Jennie currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for The Public Theatre in Lewiston and as Secretary of the Maine Museum of Innovation, Learning + Labor (Maine MILL). She believes deeply in the power of arts and culture to strengthen communities and is proud to contribute her energy and leadership in support of that mission.
