Malloy / Bell was formed through the merger of two respected Maine law practices — The Malloy Firm and The Bell Firm, P.A. — each known for providing trusted, practical counsel to businesses, professionals, and families across the state.

Recognizing their shared values of integrity, client advocacy, and community commitment, attorneys Michael Malloy and Shawn Bell joined forces to create a modern, client-centered firm grounded in the belief that great lawyering begins with genuine relationships and ends with lasting results.

From Auburn, Maine, Malloy / Bell continues the proud traditions of both firms: delivering high-quality, responsive legal service with the care and attention of a local practice — and the depth of experience to handle complex business, estate, and real estate matters statewide.

Our Story

Malloy / Bell is an intentionally small, “boutique firm” designed to escape the bureaucracy so often associated with mid- and large-size law firms.
